The Annual Association of Writers and Writing Programs (AWP) Conference takes place in Washington DC, at the Washington Convention Center & Washington Marriott Marquis. Rose will be onsite, along with other members of the ASP/SFWP consortium, throughout the conference. Come find her at Booth 505 in the Book Hall.
Also, on Thursday, February 9, Rose will read her poetry, along with Carl Phillips, Carolyn Forché, Pablo Medina, Natasha Tretheway, and others, as part of the magazine Poet Lore’s 128th Birthday Celebration, at the restaurant Baby Wale, 5-7 p.m., 1124 9th St NW, Washington, DC 20001. Get your conference experience off to a great start with delicious food and drink and some fabulous poetry.
